I was recently thrilled to take a class with Elissa Strauss at Confetti Cakes.  (www.confetticakes.com)   It was the first time I'd used fondant or sculpted a cake.  We made purses.  Above is my very first purse cake!  And a pic of me with Elissa Strauss - who is incredibly talented, also nice and lots of fun!
